While choosing the most suitable furniture for you, Mobiwoods cares that you have a pleasant experience in all purchasing, transportation and delivery processes.

Each new product is produced from different wooden boards. For this reason, the color, texture and curves of the wood used in the product can be changed. The product in the photo is an example.
When we receive your orders, we immediately send the one that is ready in stock (seen in the photo) or we accept that you know that a similar one can be produced for you.
Similar product; It is a product that is produced with the same materials as the product seen in the photo, has a similar edge structure, and epoxy color and epoxy distribution, if any.
If desired, we can provide personalized information by taking photos and videos during the production process of the epoxy tables we produce individually. Customized or custom-made furniture cannot be returned.
Delays
Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Mobiwoods will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Merchandise availability is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller is not responsible for delays in stock replenishment and no order may be cancelled or be eligible for a refund or rebate based on late merchandise arrival. Customer assumes all risk regarding determinations of furniture quality, size, use, transportation and fit. Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that furniture will fit the space, purpose and use intended by Customer. Seller shall not be responsible in any way for any consequential damages incurred by Customer regardless of the cause, heder a delay or mistake in delivery or the furniture itself, its quality, function or use without limitation. Buyer agrees that Seller’s liability shall never exceed the extent of a full refund of the Total Sale amount on this invoice.
All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. A 35% restocking fee based on the purchase price will be assessed on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Mobiwoods disclaims all representations provided and shall not be liable for any errors in information provided. Buyer layaways are not subject to cancellation. Any change to an order must be made within three (3) calendar days after Order Date and in any case before delivery, subject to the terms herein.
Returns
All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. Merchandise purchased from Mobiwoods may only be returned for store credit or exchange upon meeting certain criteria. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling the store you purchased the items from or by calling +1 201 409 53 63 for on-line orders. Make sure to call for within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or credit. Pre-approved returns will only apply to merchandise accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and packaging. Subject to applicable local regulations, claims received after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Non-stock items, lay-away orders and special orders are not returnable or cancellable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Actual cost of shipping replacement item to you will not be credited or refunded and is subject to additional charge. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited after one year, subject to local regulations.
Items received damaged
Each shipment is sent meticulously with special packaging by selecting shipping companies that do their job carefully. Although cases are extremely rare, it does happen once in a while. We kindly ask you to check your products when receiving them. If your item(s) are damaged, write "Damaged on Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. Once the delivery has been refused and the damage has been verified we will file a claim and send you a new item. If the item is accepted and damaged, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate carrier. For damage that was not noticed during delivery, we ask that you email us photos within five days of receiving the package so that we can address and correct the situation. Concealed damage or issues will be notified to Mobiwoods within three (3) business days of receipt. Mobiwoods shall have no liability or responsibility for any damages resulting from the acts or omissions of the Third Party Shipper. For curbside deliveries, it is the Customer's responsibility to unpack the furniture items and transport the items into the home. If damage to the furniture occurs during shipment, the Customer must reject the shipment and notify Mobiwoods personnel immediately.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a cancellation and 35% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred as may apply.
